A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words
So, in lue of a proper blog entry, who likes being a bride-to-be?

Autumn is Officially Here
Even though it is going to reach 90 degrees today, it is the first full day of Autumn! The reality check for us was coming home to our backyard full of fallen leaves off our maple tree. We have enjoyed such a festive year planning our wedding, buying our new house and all the fun that goes along with both.
For those of you that might not know, JHK and Heather will be sharing our wedding date. Its such an exciting time and adds such a bizzarre parallel! Heather was trying to get some advice from Jeremiah about planning for the big day... 'Get Erin's mom to help you!' was his advice. Hopefully they have made some progress since then!
Jeremiah recently got a new digital camera, so look for the photo gallery to take off in the next week! He has already gotten some great shots from the races and from our random adventures.
It's Friday. See you at the 6 Pack!

Crazy Busy Time of Year
There are so many fun things going on in Harrisonburg right that it's ridiculous that I don't have more free time to enjoy it all. Check out the club's webpage for some really exciting things to do when you come visit us in the burg (hint hint)

This weekend, the JMU team is going to host its first collegiate race! Its going to be Sunday at Massanutten. Come on out and cheer or help volunteer. I bet there will be some good partying into the afternoon.
The mountain bike festival is on the horizon! If you haven't been to this annual event before, then you better get ready for the most fun you will have all year. Seriously. The weekend is amazing. Groups rides of all ability levels with the coolest people on the planet. Stokesville campground becomes the grooviest cycling city on the planet. The food rocks.... and beer! Did I mention the festival is sponsored by a brewery? Oh yeah.
October is going to be oh so sweet.
